I had GameTanium on Windows 7 and 7 and when I got Windows 10 that's when I start having problems with it. I have tried redownloading and it still will not even pull the GameTanium page up. Do I need to delete all my games, that I am paying for? Please help me with this, I don't want to lose my games. I tried downloading three games yesterday and it would not pull any of them up. Please help.

You can download the GameTanium app from the support page at their official website or using the direct download URL. The problem with GameTanium is that they have been acquired by somebody else (ie. another company) and their way of working has changed a lot. However, if you have an account, use the link to download the application again and log-in if necessary.

GameTanium is now provided as an Android application. This means that it is available only for Android devices. However, GameTanium now sponsors the FreeRide game. You need to visit that website in order to install the client on your computer.
Every time I try to download a game, the process stops at 95%. What can I do to fix this problem?

There can be multiple causes that make the download process stop at 95% (a corrupted or a missing file, a failed update, etc.). Before trying anything else, I recommend you to clear the program caches. If you have the same problem with the download after you cleared all the caches, I recommend you to reinstall the application.
Although Game Tanium is now called FreeRide games, you still have the possibility to download it via the official URL available on their support website. To make it easier, simply download the following EXE package provided on the official website.
I had to defrag the hard drive and now I can't seem to get back to where I can download under the same account.

The defragmentation procedure shouldn't affect the functionality of your applications, no matter where they're installed. I recommend downloading the software again. Install it and it should work. It's unusual for the defrag application to break applications installed on your computer.
